Monotonix was an Israeli punk rock band formed in 2005 known for their wild and unpredictable live performances. They gained a reputation for their energetic, chaotic, and often dangerous shows, which often involved crowd-surfing, stage-diving, and destruction of musical equipment. The band disbanded in 2011 after releasing three full-length albums and touring extensively around the world.
