Old Tower is a Dutch neoclassical dark ambient project, created by a sole member known only as "The Specter". The music of Old Tower is inspired by ancient legends, medieval folklore, and the mystical esotericism of old-world Europe, and is characterized by its atmospheric soundscapes and heavily layered drones. Old Tower has a large following in the underground black metal and dungeon synth scenes and has released several albums and EPs since its formation in 2016.
