Henrik Rylander is a Swedish musician, composer and sound artist. He is best known for his experimental music which blends industrial, noise and avant-garde sounds. Rylander started his career as a drummer with several punk and hardcore bands in the 1980s. Later, he shifted towards electronic and experimental music and became a well-known figure in the Scandinavian experimental music scene. He has collaborated with several experimental musicians including Mats Gustafsson, Jérôme Noetinger, Lasse Marhaug, Jim O'Rourke, among others. Apart from his music, Rylander has also produced sound installations and exhibited his works in several art galleries and museums.
