Franz Ferdinand is a Scottish indie rock band formed in 2002. They are known for their danceable and catchy songs, influenced by post-punk, new wave and art rock. Some of their biggest hits include "Take Me Out," "Do You Want To," and "No You Girls." The band has gone through several member changes over the years, but lead vocalist and guitarist Alex Kapranos has remained a constant presence. They have released five studio albums to date and continue to tour and perform around the world.
