Odessey and Oracle is the name of a psychedelic rock band that emerged in the late 1960s. The group was formed in London, England, and consisted of five members: Colin Blunstone (vocals), Rod Argent (keyboard), Paul Atkinson (guitar), Chris White (bass), and Hugh Grundy (drums). Their most famous album was released in 1968 and called "Odessey and Oracle". The album contained their most successful hit single, "Time of the Season". Despite enjoying critical acclaim, the band broke up shortly after the album's release. However, their music continues to inspire many musicians to this day, especially in the psychedelic and indie rock genres.
