Snow Palms is a solo project of composer and percussionist David Sheppard. The music of Snow Palms is a blend of minimalist, ambient and electronic styles, created by using a range of instruments like xylophone, glockenspiel, marimba, vibraphone, and guitar. Sheppard founded Snow Palms in 2012 and has since released multiple albums on the Village Green record label. His work has been described as both evocative and mesmerizing, with a unique sound that combines classical influences with contemporary electronic elements.
