Playgroup is a musical project created by the British DJ and producer, Trevor Jackson. The project was formed in 2000 and features a rotating lineup of musicians and vocalists. Playgroup's sound blends elements of house, disco, funk, and electronic music, and has been described as experimental dance music. They have released two full-length albums, as well as a number of singles and remixes. Jackson has stated that Playgroup is a way for him to explore different musical styles and collaborate with a diverse range of artists.
