Porter Ricks is a German dub techno duo consisting of Thomas Köner and Andy Mellwig. Their music is known for its deep, dark and minimalist approach to techno. They are considered pioneers of the dub techno genre, having released their debut album "Biokinetics" in 1996. They have since released several albums and EPs and continue to be influential in the electronic music industry.
