Sqürl is an American music group that was formed in 2009 by director Jim Jarmusch and composer Carter Logan. The duo has since released several albums and soundtracks, and is known for its experimental and genre-bending approach to music. Their sound draws influences from rock, punk, electronic, and experimental genres, and often features heavily distorted guitars and cinematic atmospheres. Sqürl's music has been featured in several films by Jim Jarmusch, including "Only Lovers Left Alive" and "Paterson".
