Lush was a British shoegaze and dream pop band formed in 1988. The group consisted of Miki Berenyi, Emma Anderson, Phil King, and Chris Acland. Their music was known for its intricate guitar work and ethereal vocals, with themes of love, loss, and self-discovery. They released a few critically acclaimed albums throughout the 90s, before disbanding in 1998. They reunited in 2015 for a tour and released a new EP before breaking up again in 2016. Their music continues to influence and inspire contemporary shoegaze and dream pop artists.
