Los Camaroes was a Cameroonian band formed in the 1960s. They were known for their unique blend of African and Latin music, and for incorporating traditional Cameroonian rhythms into their songs. Led by charismatic singer and guitarist Jean Gabari, Los Camaroes released several popular albums throughout the 1970s and 80s. Though the band disbanded after Gabari's death in 1995, their music continues to be celebrated for its energetic sound and cultural significance.
