Wavves is an American rock band formed in San Diego, California in 2008. The band consists of singer and guitarist Nathan Williams, bassist Stephen Pope, and drummer Brian Hill. Their music is often characterized as lo-fi garage rock with surf pop influences. Wavves has released several critically acclaimed albums and has toured extensively, appearing at major music festivals around the world.
